Design: DNA was sheared using the E220 ultrasonicator (Covaris, Woburn, MA, USA). DNA sequencing libraries were constructed using NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit (E7370L) and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos (E7600S) (New-England Biolabs, MA, USA). Paired-end (2x100 bp) DNA libraries were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencer (Illumina, San-Diego, CA, USA).
